Step Twelve: Add Contact Details

Check and Activate your Contact Details

This step will display a Contact button as a menu option in your app.

Watch the video for an overview of what needs to be achieved in this step, and then follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Here’s How:

  1. Login to the EzyStream Dashboard (https://admin.ezystream.com),
  2. Select ‘Content’ in the top blue navigation menu
  3. Select ‘Contact Us
  4. Toggle on the ‘Enable’ button
  5. Name the button you’d like to be displayed in your app’s menu.
  6. Enter a message you’d like to display to your users in your app’s Contact Page.
  7. Verify the contact details that are being displayed.
  8. You can edit them directly by clicking the pencil icon in the top right of this section.
  9. Click ‘Save’
