Alexandra Baptist Church (ABC) is a growing and vibrant faith community located in the heart of Central Otago, NZ.

To help strengthen the life and health of our church community, ABC is looking for an organised, relational and optimistic person to manage the day-to-day support services at ABC as our Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager role will involve:

  • Managing the hireage of the ABC facilities to various users
  • Communicating and promoting events and activities
  • Administrating monthly finances (invoices, payroll, GST, etc…)
  • Assisting with the organisation of Sunday AM services
  • Supporting and resourcing ABC ministries
  • Managing property maintenance and assets
  • Coordinating an Events Team

The Operations Manager role is part-time (estimated 10-20 hours/week).

ABC is situated at 6 Gregg Street, Alexandra.

Flexible working hours and arrangements could be negotiated to suit the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine Christian faith and a commitment to ABC.
