Rachel Murray is the Regional Leader of the Otago & Southland Baptist Association.

Upcoming event for women in the region aged 13+ years. Worship, teaching, inspiration, spotlights, comedy, food, and plenty of connection.

Key speaker: Sarah Beisly

Sarah and Paul, with a 2-year-old and 3-month-old, served the women of a red-light district in South Asia for about a decade. They founded The Loyal Workshop and poured their lives into God's transforming work in a hard place. During their time in Asia, Sarah experienced significant emotional trauma and has had several years processing this. One result is research on the integration of theology, faith and trauma. In 2023, she was invited through the Carey Centre for Lifelong Learning to deliver a webinar series on the topic. She has been featured globally in a range of social business and social justice publications and has shared in a wide variety of contexts about faith and call, her work and passion.
