Requirements:

• Graduated with a theological qualification from a recognised theological institute.
• Passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God through local church ministry, including expository preaching, youth/children ministry, leadership training, pastoral care and discipleship.
• Experience, or a willingness to learn about the intricacies of a cross-cultural church. (Understanding of the Chinese culture would be a bonus, but not needed!)
• Looking for an opportunity to serve amongst our pastoral team in a family church setting, to nurture, to lead and to care for the flocks of God.
• Adherence to sound biblical teaching and the policy of the Baptist Union. (We love the Word of God and His church!)
• Meets the biblical character and skill requirements of a leader (e.g. 1 Timothy 3:1-7).
