Interested in impacting the life of children in our church and community? Our church is looking for a person to help us with our children’s discipleship process, provide pastoral care for our families, develop volunteer leaders and further equip our church to serve our local community.

The primary responsibility is facilitating a Sunday morning program for pre-school & primary aged children. In support of this program, wrap-around responsibility includes developing a volunteer leadership team, curating a holistic discipleship plan for children, equipping families in parenting toward faith, and participating with the staff team in oversight of church ministry.

Secondary responsibility regards caring for our families so they are further equipped to serve in our local community. The outworking of this ministry focus will depend on the strengths and giftings of candidates.

Of utmost importance, any candidate needs to exhibit a growing relationship with Jesus, have a healthy theological understanding of the Christian faith, agree with our statement of faith and mission, demonstrate a teachable spirit, and have a reputation for working well with teams.
