St Albans Baptist Church (SABC) in Christchurch is seeking a full time Senior Pastor who can ideally start in late 2023 and lead us into our next season.

SABC is a dynamic Baptist Church that operates under the ministry-led model and values a “family feel”. Our Church has a passion for worship ministries, growing children’s and families ministries, and pursuing God’s word. We have modern facilities with plenty of space for growth which also house our community focused Neighbourhood Trust.

We wish to call a Senior Pastor who has:

• A firm grounding in the Word and the ability to teach from the front as well as in smaller forums. Formal theological training is very important for the role.
• An affinity with younger families and a heart for seeing children’s and youth ministries grow.
• A heart for the lost and clear strategies to grow the Kingdom.
• Proven experience and gifting in both visionary and operational leadership.
• A passion to actively pursue Holy Spirit.
